The baskets

Basket deliveries are back this year for 15 weeks, from July 2nd to October 9th.

Summer baskets offer an abundance of fresh and diverse vegetables, and they also represent a supportive agreement between us and our subscribers . As a thank you, you save 10% on the regular price of the vegetables .

Upon receiving your subscription, we reserve a share of the harvest for you and celebrate your support of our mission . The money raised at the beginning of the year allows us to start the season with confidence. The Moulin Cooperative Farm is proud to be involved in community health and to practice ecological agriculture. 

If you have any questions or simply want some advice on cooking all these treasures, we'll see you every week at delivery!

SMALL BASKET

We recommend this basket for 1 to 2 people .

Value : $400

Each delivery has a value of approximately $ 23.75 (approximately 7 kinds of vegetables and/or herbs) . The last two deliveries are more generous, to leave you with reserves for the autumn. Their value is approximately $35 each.

You will receive a total of $380 worth of vegetables for the season + management fees ( $20).

BASKET

We recommend this basket for 2 people or more .

Value : $550

Each delivery is worth approximately $33 (about 10 kinds of vegetables or herbs) . The last two deliveries are more generous , to leave you with a supply for the fall ; their value is approximately $50 each.

You will receive a total of $530 worth of vegetables for the season + management fees ($20).

VIP BASKET ($999)

We recommend this basket for idealists.

By choosing the VIP package, you become a favorite member of the farm, because you give meaning to the expression Community-supported agriculture ! You actively contribute to funding our salaries and trust us to produce an abundance of products commensurate with this support, according to your needs and our capabilities! In exchange for this support, we grant you , to the extent possible and reasonable, the following:

A large basket for every week of delivery (Value of $550)

We offer you extra vegetables when you make deliveries to drop-off points or if you visit the Public Market.

We're offering you a free order of seeds for your garden.

We will provide you with sauerkraut free of charge as long as we have some left in stock.

We're giving you priority in tasting our new vegetable products!!

If you need autumn vegetables, we will provide them.

And we warmly mention you in our annual thanks! 

Pastry option !

Add the pastries option to your daily baskets. (Croissants, pain au chocolat, madeleines, raisin rolls, fougasse, rolls, brioche, etc.)

Typical basket: 1 croissant + 2 other seasonal pastries.

Pastries (with an approximate value of $12/week) will be added to the baskets for 15 weeks, from the beginning of July to the end of August.

Fresh and local products from Boulangerie La Grasse Matinée, based in Trois-Pistoles.

Some additional information:

- 15 deliveries per week.

- The last two weeks of delivery contain 50% more vegetables.

- Deliveries from July 2nd to October 9th

- 2 possible drop-off points:

Wednesday in Saint-Clément from 5pm to 6pm, in front of the presbytery.

Thursday in Trois-Pistoles , from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., in front of the Boucherie Centre-ville

If you are not available to collect your basket , the easiest thing for us is to send someone in your place! The simpler it is for us, the less management we have to do, and the more we can keep the basket prices as they are. If it's truly impossible for you , contact us, and we'll find a solution. A basket left unattended is a lost basket.

For people aged 65 and over, or those with reduced mobility , free door delivery is available in the villages of Saint-Clément, Saint-Jean-de-Dieu, Saint-Cyprien, and Trois-Pistoles. Please specify this when purchasing your basket.

Payment is made upon registration.

To pay in two installments : Select the Interac e- Transfer option To make an initial payment (minimum $100). Deadline for completing the second payment: July 15th.

Payment is made in advance, as this allows us to secure the necessary funding to begin the season: purchasing seeds, potting soil, etc. It also enables us to plan the season effectively, ensuring we meet demand and avoid waste. By becoming a partner, you support local production, and in return, we commit to providing you with high-quality, diverse vegetables throughout the season.

You also save 10% on the price of vegetables . We calculate the value of the baskets by reducing the price of the vegetables by 10% compared to buying the same vegetables from us at the farmers' market or grocery store, ensuring you a stable price throughout the season.
