Summer Night Pepper
Certified organic by Québec Vrai.
Our newest addition, who makes us very proud!
Developed through selective breeding on the farm, this pepper produces an abundance of large, 3-4 lobed fruits. A beautiful deep purple when young, the fruits turn a lovely dark red as they ripen. We have been selecting them for the past three years for their thick, sweet flesh.
The plants are vigorous and produce very well directly in the field, even in cooler conditions.
