Flat Parsley from Anse-Bleue
An Italian flat-leaf parsley with abundant, dark green, and highly aromatic foliage. The plants are vigorous, very productive, and quite cold-hardy.
The seeds were brought back to us by a friend from Anse-Bleue who has been growing them for about ten years. The parsley grows in his garden with a view of the Bay of Chaleurs and it faithfully reseeds itself every two years, carried by the sea wind.
